yes its happened again the ps3 has been hacked and many are using it on the ps3 online.

you can report gamers using it online direct to sony online and IW in the usa via the IW forums-gamers found to have it will be banned from IW and Sony online.

Until official word comes from Infinity Ward the most any of us can do is to report these cheaters as they are encountered, leave their games and avoid the game types these cheaters play in. Though the latter of suggestions may seem unfair it is not worth the time for you to sit in a game with a cheater and ruin your experience. Sitting there and taking the beating only infuriates you more.

Please do report all cheaters to Sony. When doing so PLEASE remain calm. Abusive reports do no good and you risk being ignored or reprimanded by Sony. Being calm is the best way to address this situation. Links are provided for these actions:

Future modding threads will be closed regarding this situation.
Videos showing how to mod the PS3 can and will most likely get you banned.
Posts filled with infuriated words will be deleted.

I would personally like to thank those who have taken the initiative to try to sort this out as well as guide the IW PS3 community. I know we have locked threads but your work is much appreciated and was only done so to centralize this situation, contain it and hopefully get the PS3 sub-forum back on track about gaming and not cheating.
