if someone makes a new post, there is now a "thanks" button at the top next to quote/edit/delete/ip addy buttons, use it to increase a users prowess on the forum.

they dont appear on your own posts, or you could thank yourself to death. you maybe need to clear your history so its forced to load the new pages.... i dont know... it should be the same for everyone??

i also forgot to mention the + and - symbols at the far right of everyone elses post, you will NOT see there on your own posts, i clicked - on mickys post so he now has -2 reputation and a red line appears after you have cast your vote, (if you click + a green line appears and the rep goes up)
